Forum Update [November 23, 2018]

We are currently conducting a "planned" Major Update to our forum and server. It will take anywhere from a few hours to perhaps a few days. We will return soon! Fingers crossed! :)

What to do when My15Birthday.com is down?

First of all, don't panic! We don't plan of ever pulling the plug at My15Birthday.com. We value our site and our members. But sometimes these issues are out of our control. We pay a host to keep My15Birthday.com on 24 hr server. And sometimes the problem is with our server. It's fair to say if our host is down http://www.canaca.com -- then we are down.

If you are having trouble connecting to our site. Here is what you need to do.

First try to contact us through these social media sites: (preferably in this order)

-- this site is dedicated when our site is down from our host. As soon as we find out that our site is down, we will post there a message. Feel free to participate in that BLOG when this happens.

Support:
If after several hours and you don't see us post anything in those social media sites, then PANIC!! -- Just kidding!
