Back to Normal [July 11, 2014]
We just wanted to let you know that everything is back to normal. The
move to a new server was a success. And also this fixed the issue we
reported in June 26th.

Moving to New Server [July 2014]
We just want to let you know that we may experience some down-time. We are moving our site to a new server. We will let you know once this task is complete. Try not to post anything new in our forum, until we give you the green light. Thanks.
We are hoping this resolves the current "Forbidden Posting" issue we reported earlier.

All Issues Fixed.
A Recap:
During the last two weeks of March, we started to notice some issues on our site.
- Images weren't working.
- low and unresponsive loading times
- And other backend issues on the server.
Part of that problem was that our host decided to update the server without giving us notice. Then it seemed that their update was faulty. So we were moved to another server with less traffic and faster response times.
We then had to redirect our email to another system, this cause our email to stop working for a short time. After a quick fix, we announced that all members should check their spam inboxes in case some past or future emails get stored there. Just make sure to check that our emails are not spam. We promise never to spam you. You have the option to change how you want to be notified if anyone has addressed you at our site in your User Control Panel settings.
Well that's it for now... Thank you for your patience.

Site Down Update
We just wanted to give you a quick update. We've contacted our host and
they tell us that they are moving our site to a faster and newer
server.
In the past couple of days we've been experiencing a slow and sluggish performance and also some other issues on the back-end.
So our host decided to just transfer our site to a new server, in hopes that all the recent issues will be solved.
Why does the forum not show current threads? Well, our host decided to link to our old backup on their server (Nov. 2013). And this is the reason why lots of new threads are missing. But worry not, all this will be taken care of once the transfer is over. We keep weekly backups of our site folders, files, and database.
My best guess is that our host didn't think our site would change that much in the past 4 months, so they linked an old backup, so we had something to look at while the transfer is complete. How wrong they were! They probably didn't realize that our site is a forum with daily activity :) I am sure they are used to customers that don't update frequently their websites as we do. :)
We'll provide another update, once we know things are back to normal.
And NO, this was not an April Fool's Day stunt. Even though I got a shock when I saw a lot of new threads missing on our site. Like going back to Nov. 2013 in a time machine! lol!
